How to set up call forwarding on any Android phone to CallClerk. Works with Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and all Android devices.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these 6 steps — takes less than 60 seconds
Open Phone App
Open the Phone (dialer) app on your Android device.
Open Settings
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right, then tap "Settings".
On Samsung, tap the three-line menu (☰) instead.
Find Call Forwarding
Tap "Calling accounts" or "Supplementary services" > "Call forwarding".
The exact path varies by manufacturer. Look for "Call forwarding" or "Forward calls".
Select "Always Forward"
Tap "Always forward" (or "Forward all calls").
Enter Your CallClerk Number
Enter the phone number from your CallClerk dashboard and tap "Turn on" or "Enable".
Done!
Your calls are now forwarded to CallClerk. Test by calling yourself from another phone.
Tips & Notes
- Menu paths vary between Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi — look for "Call forwarding" in phone settings.
- Some carriers require you to use dial codes instead of the settings menu.
- To disable: go back to the same setting and tap "Turn off".
- If you don't see the option, your carrier may not support it through settings — use the carrier dial codes below.
For the best experience, use "Always forward" during off-hours and "Forward when unanswered" during business hours so you get first crack at answering.
