Open Your Phone Keypad

Open the Phone app and go to the keypad.

Dial the Forwarding Code

Type **21* followed by your CallClerk number, then #. Example: **21*5551234567#

Press Call

Press the Call button. You'll hear a confirmation tone.

Done!

All calls now forward to your CallClerk AI receptionist.

Tips & Notes

  • To deactivate all forwarding: dial ##21# and press Call.
  • To cancel ALL conditional forwards: dial ##002# and press Call.
  • T-Mobile includes unlimited forwarding on most plans.
