How to Set Up Call Forwarding on iPhone

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap Phone
Scroll down and tap "Phone".
Tap Call Forwarding
Tap "Call Forwarding" (you may need to scroll down).
Toggle On
Toggle the Call Forwarding switch to ON (green).
Enter Your CallClerk Number
Tap "Forward To" and enter the phone number provided in your CallClerk dashboard.
Enter the full 10-digit number without dashes.
Done!
Tap "Back". All incoming calls will now be answered by your CallClerk AI receptionist.
Tips & Notes
- Call forwarding works over cellular only — Wi-Fi calls may not forward on some carriers.
- Your carrier may charge a small fee per forwarded call — check your plan details.
- To disable, go back to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and toggle OFF.
- If the Call Forwarding option is missing, contact your carrier to enable it on your plan.
