Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these 4 steps — takes less than 60 seconds

Open Your Phone Keypad

Open the Phone app and tap the keypad.

Dial the Forwarding Code

Type *21* followed by your CallClerk number, then #. Example: *21*5551234567#

Press Call

Press the Call button. You'll hear a confirmation tone or see a message that call forwarding is active.

Done!

All incoming calls to your AT&T number will now ring your CallClerk AI receptionist.

Tips & Notes

  • To deactivate all forwarding: dial #21# and press Call.
  • To deactivate all conditional forwarding: dial ##002# and press Call.
  • AT&T may charge for forwarded minutes on some plans — check your plan details.
  • You can also manage forwarding in the myAT&T app under Phone Features.
